About me
Jay McMeekan leads a diverse team of experts driving a strategic, cultural, and operational shift within Kyowa Kirin North America to create a holistic and seamless customer experience across all Kyowa Kirin channels. Jay both helped form and is now leading the Omnichannel Customer Experience team.
Jay brings 20+ years of commercial pharmaceutical experience, including leading numerous initiatives to standardize commercial processes and solutions in the areas of Omnichannel, Customer Experience, CRM, Customer Journey Mapping, Business Intelligence/Reporting, and Content Lifecycle Management.
Jay began his career as a lab scientist and since has held several roles, both locally and globally, working across a range therapeutic areas – Oncology, Rare Disease, Cardiovascular, CNS, Women’s Healthcare – and in several large and emerging pharmaceutical organizations, including Roche, Merck-Medco, Pharmacia/Pfizer, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Bayer.
Jay currently lives in Westfield, NJ, with his wife Toni and his two daughters, Elyse and Avery, and their labradoodle Maizy. When not working or doing activities with the family, Jay enjoys writing music and scoring soundtracks for small independent films.
