About me
Steph is a leader of leaders and passionate about moving people to action and positively impacting public health.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Steph draws energy and inspiration from building and leading high-performing teams that win together, while also supporting and championing individual development. Steph is known for creating a culture of empowerment, openness and collaboration, consistently challenging others to act boldly, at pace, and always with the health of individuals and communities in mind.
In her current role, Steph manages a team of several hundred employees across marketing, sales and operations, in addition to chairing a leadership team that spans commercial functions (e.g., Medical, Access, Legal, Finance, Compliance). Her portfolio includes market-leading respiratory medications, as well as an exciting pipeline across anti-infectives and respiratory, that has the potential to improve the lives of millions.
Recently, in her role as VP of Marketing for US Vaccines, she leaned on her competitive mindset and use of data and real-world insights, to deliver high impact commercial plans for a portfolio of nearly 20 vaccines. During her time in role, she supported the rebound of the US Vaccines portfolio following the pandemic as well as the blockbuster launch of the GSK RSV vaccine.
Steph has also served as the chair of GSK’s US Marketing Leadership Team (MLT) and continues in her role as Philadelphia site lead for the Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) given her passion for the support of mentorship.
Steph has served in various commercial strategy, execution and operations roles of increasing responsibility, spanning multiple therapeutic categories (women’s health, cardiovascular, metabolic, urology, infectious disease). Her previous roles at GSK include US Marketing lead for the Meningococcal Franchise; head of Sales Operations & Vaccines Inside Sales; and Chief of Staff for US Respiratory & Biologics / General Medicines. Steph began her career in digital marketing and media on the agency side at Razorfish and Digitas Health.
Steph is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, with a dual concentration in Marketing and Communications. Originally from Chicago, she now lives in West Chester, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Dan, their two children (Beau and Maddox) and three bulldogs (Lulu, Boots and Petunia). She spends her free time focused on family, film and food.
