Michael leads Global Customer Engagement and Generative AI Strategic Commercial Capabilities for AstraZeneca. Over the last several years he has overseen the organization's Digital Transformation from Multichannel engagement to Omnichannel Customer Experiences, and is now trailblazing a path toward value-creation uses of Generative AI in the content space. Mike has led transformations for multiple pharma companies and has a track record of successfully embedding innovative digital capabilities into product launches in Oncology, Immunology and Specialty therapeutic areas. Prior to joining the pharmaceutical industry, Mike spent 13 years with Accenture as an executive in Digital Transformation and Marketing Operations.
