Named an IQVIA Visionary and MM+M Woman to Watch in 2024, Nicole Benedetto has used data-driven decision making to creatively solve business challenges over her 15+ years in the pharma industry.
In 2022, Nicole was appointed Director, Customer Experience & Commercial Acceleration at Organon where she is responsible for elevating existing enterprise capabilities to drive growth by delivering best-in-class customer experiences. At Organon, Nicole has led efforts across all business units to facilitate prescriber’s customer journeys by putting the customer – not the channel – at the center of engagement.
Prior to Organon, Nicole spent 10 years at GSK, focused on digital/omnichannel marketing strategy. Most recently, Nicole led the digital marketing team for US Oncology, responsible for all digital and media initiatives across the portfolio, including strategy, execution, and optimization. Before that, Nicole worked in digital-focused roles across GSK therapeutic areas, including respiratory, specialty, and vaccines. She also gained agency experience at Evoke Health, Backe, HAVAS, and Cadient.
Nicole holds a BA in Communication from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Temple University.
